"Avoid This Seller at All Costs!!!"
I recently purchased the Autel maxi ap200. Their website claimed it was compatible with BMW vehicles, but when it arrived, I discovered it didn’t work with my BMW g31. I reached out to the seller, and they requested some proof. After I provided all the necessary evidence, they admitted that the item wasn’t functioning properly. However, when I requested a refund, they refused to pay for the return shipping. Just a heads up about this seller—they send out faulty products and expect you to cover the return costs. Seriously, steer clear of them!

"CAUTION WITH MK808BT"
JUST A HEADS UP
These are grey imports, and if something goes south, don’t expect any support. The email responses are getting more and more hostile. From what I've seen, they don't seem to work well with UK models. It looks like only a handful of Autel models are actually available for real in the UK, and the MK808 ain't one of 'em.

"Counterfeit item!"
I purchased an AP200 for £49 from their website, and it showed up in just 3 days. Initially, it functioned fine, but then it quit on me after 3 days. The app won’t launch, and they’re not replying to my emails, online chat, or WhatsApp messages. I’m starting to think this product is a scam. Watch out for where you shop! They seem to have disappeared.

For several years, we've been using Autelstore to renew our license. Every time, it’s been super simple with zero problems. They just shoot you a link, and you can pay via PayPal. The service is quick and friendly, so I’d definitely recommend it.
